After twenty years in the florist industry in Saratoga, California, Jan Cheung, founder/lead- designer of Weddingbokay decides to retire from her many tasks in the business and to devote herself to only weddings. She enjoys the opportunity to meet with the future brides and grooms, and to listen to their dreams, which she eventually transform into reality. Her enthusiasm in wanting to be involved in creating a dream-come-true for her wedding clients has gained her friendship and confidence among them.

After studying the art of Ikebana (Japanese floral arrangements) for ten years, Jan earned an official teaching diploma issued by the Wafu School headmaster in Japan. She taught for two years. In addition to her background in the art of Ikebana, Jan furthered her education by attending more schooling in floristry and botany.
